DESCRIPTION:This one-hour orientation will introduce you to the Cleveland 
 Documenters community\, incliuding a walk-through of Documenters.org\, com
 pensation\, and our assignment workflow. You’ll also practice core skill
 s relevant to a range of paid assignments.\n\nUpon completion of this comm
 unity-building workshop you’ll be eligible to apply for paid assignments
 . We offer other Documenters trainings such as public meetings\, live-twee
 ting (directly after this session)\, and other workshops to give you the s
 upport and preparation you’ll need. Unless otherwise noted\, these train
 ings are encouraged but not required for the related assignment.\n\nIt’s
