Woods NOTICE CHICAGO BOARD OF EDUCATION SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING Mary Fahey Hughes, Chair Enclosed is a copy of the Agenda for the Special Education Advisory Committee meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at Chicago High School of Agricultural Science located at 3857 W. 111 th St. Attendees can enter through Door 1. Accordingly, the Board President and the Chief Executive Officer have determined that Public Participation will be a hybrid format with the option to participate in person or via an electronic platform. The public will have access to the meeting via live stream at cpsboe.org or attending in person through the registration process. The Public Participation segment of the meeting will begin after the Special Education Advisory Committee discussion and conclude after fifteen (15) minutes or until the last speaker has presented, whichever occurs first. Each speaker will have three (3) minutes each to present their remarks. Members of the public who wish to participate in Public Participation must register in advance to speak. Advance registration will be available beginning Monday, March 4th at 10:30 a.m. and will close on Tuesday, March 5 th at 5:00 p.m. or until all five slots are filled.
