The Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority (ERGA) is a California Joint Powers Authority which is affiliated with, but legally separate from, the City of Encinitas. ERGA owns and operates the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, an 18 hole championship length golf course within the Encinitas Ranch master-planned community. The City handles all administrative matters on behalf of ERGA, and the Golf Course is operated under a management contract with JC Resorts.

Regular meetings shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of each February, April, June, August, and October at 4:30 p.m.; and on the first Tuesday of each December at 4:30 p.m.
