Suzie Graham Moore (Director of Economic Development) said Akron Polymer Products and SA Industries produce a "wide variety" of products for trucks. She said the company got a $50,000 grant to move to Akron that hasn't been paid, she said item 4 pays that grant
Sean Vollman (Deputy Director of Economic Development) said the city wants to sell approx. 20 acres to Amazon to construct a Last Mile Facility near Springfield. He said the 65000 ft^2 facility will employ 200

A City Staffer said Habitat For Humanity will build 16 affordable homes in land donated by the city in North Hill

A City Staffer said the city received funding in 2021 to improve public health. She said the planning department has recommended they use the funds to support North Akron CDC mixed use renovation of 771 North Main including 9 affordable housing units

A City Staffer said Akron has partnered with the Ohio Public Works Commission since 1989 and has since received over $200 million.
