✅ Meeting was called to order. ✅Introductions ✅Public Comment - Today’s public comment portion included updates from Dawnya Underwood & David Gray of The Cleveland Christian Home. Cchome.org

Updates on the The Cleveland Christian Home public private partnership: ⚫️They are helping address the placement crisis for additional emergency beds for children transitioning from a crisis to other programs. ⚫️Within 3 years they will expand to a full child wellness campus.

⚫️Within 10 years they will expand their impact & influence as part of a continuum of care. ⚫️The building is currently under construction & renovation, to be completed this year. ⚫️They plan to improve data collection systems and employee trainings while addressing outcomes.

✅Meeting Minutes from the June 5, 2024 meeting were approved. ✅Director’s Report by Jacqueline Fletcher: ⚫️Current Goals: Get input from the community to spot needs & have local resource providers available. ⚫️22 Child Protection Specialists have been hired & 12 vacancies.
