- Approved a Joint Powers Agreement with the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department for provision of social worker services, with a focus on East Lake Street, not to exceed $295,569.
- Approved an agreement with Idea Analytics to work on the Smart Policing Initiative Grant Program project scope development, grant application, and a continued commitment if they are awarded the grant.
- Received and filed two presentations:
- A presentation on low-barrier shelter and opportunities for sustainability and increased capacity from Kelly Matter and John Tribbett of Avivo. This focused on the steep fiscal cliff approaching at the end of 2025 and their interest in working with the city to purchase the building where Avivo Village is currently located.
- A presentation on the Minneapolis Division of Environmental Health’s regulation of businesses that fall under various city and state health codes.
