Rigging Services are the first issue for Director Kaine
That passed
Next a modification of a previous ordinance for alternative Engineering for a Consulting on a Lift Bridge

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland This is for Director DiRosas department. Some questions about the current bid figures were discussed. He was commended for the savings
It passed
Public Health has a standard contract for Air Quality.
The dialogue is audio poor.

Safety Department has support contracts for the Fire Department.. Director Howard is the presenter. For fire records Management over 17 months

This is coming from the General Fund
This passed.
Next a low bid awarded as well some property management bids.
Capitol projects were discussed
Capital Maintenance and plumbing
These are for 1year

These resolutions from Public Works passed
Next Director Hernandas in regards to housing ie 10 homes
Several different companies were discussed for Architectural Drawings for Vacant Lots..

Questions about the locations and Ward 13 with 10 parcels

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Single family rate at Market Rate are proposed..
Four different groups are anticipated Hernandez says

Some firms just do Drawings and others are in the total range of development..

Last up vacation leave for council
