The Board of Zoning Appeals is a 5-member body responsible for hearing appeals from individuals who are requesting exceptions or variations from city ordinances in regard to land use and building requirements or from individuals who are questioning the appropriateness of orders made by city officials.

Liz Kukla, board secretary, and Maurice Ruelens, city planner, often attend these meetings.

Submission of a letter is requested after the Meeting.

The owner wants to age in her own home
LaRhonda Talton Morris is testifying for the city
This process is 5 years in the situation
Mr Sisamis is undergoing this according to Talton Morris because of the disapproval of council @KerryMcCormack1
People have been sent out to measure sidewalks and placement of the hot dog cart

Business owner spoke about the situation. This is the third year...
He can sell Hot Dogs
It is approved for 12 children but currently only has 5
The owner lives in the house as well.
She has partnered with the @salvationarmy and thelibrary

Suggested to postpone so the owner can get things straightened out

Board stated that the court reporter is online.
Now the people are required to spell their names

There are several different people for this matter.
Males
There will be 24 hour supervision.
There is no medical supervision
There will be 3 meals and 2 snacks
This has not been done, no contact with council or cdc
The picture shows the place intended there is a group home who's demographic is unknown
Witnesses are concerned about relatives in the area and decreased property values
A male spoke to his disapproval about the group home. He said that the neighbors look out for each other.
Another man who lives next door spoke. He has no problem with Veterans.
He served in the service. His mother is 100 years old.
Police response in the past has been frequent
Another man who lives across the street spoke
Her voice is broken with tears and is not audible until she spoke to the lack of vetting the people that would be in the home
She is sympathetic towards the veterans but doesn't support
Board asked LLC and their time owning the property.
Perryman said the company has only been in possession since May.
She is sympathetic to the feelings of the neighbors. But it is residential
