Michael Antenucci said Item 1 is a conditional use permit for a child daycare center on 1582 Creighton Avenue for Family Forever Childcare and Tutorial Agency
Antenucci said Item 2 is a conditional use permit for a contractor office at 1684 S Arlington. He said the lot is in Coventry Township but lot access is in Akron
He said Item 4 is a conditional use permit for a light assembly plant at 441 White Pond Drive. He said it will build on an existing home.
The homeowner said he home is on the corner which prevents a pool and deck to be built in a backyard

He asked if this budget differs from Akron's 2024 Capitol Budget
A staffer said the Neighborhood Rehabilitation and Stability program was reduced from $1 million to $875,000
A staffer said Item 9 creates a minimum distance between marijuana facilities similar to the existing zoning laws for medical marijuana facilities

Fusco requested that new legislation items 2 and 3 are scheduled for public hearing
